condemned the decision of armed operations carried out by organizations which he described as “terrorist affiliated with al-Qaeda” in Syria, and called on all foreign participants in the armed clashes, leaving Syrian territory, according to the agency Anatolia .  
resolution asks the Secretary-General of the United Nations, “Ban Ki-moon” to submit a monthly report detailing the humanitarian situation in Syria, and the extent of implementation by the parties of the decision on the delivery of humanitarian assistance to all areas, according to the diary of Islam.
